anyone happen to pick up an oneil top off a parking meter in delray thurs night, realized i forgot it there and 10 min later went back and it was gone. add this to the f'in $30 parking tickets they are giving out in delray now, it was an expensive day of surfing. if anyone picked that up and wants to return it, email me @ tfranks783@aol.com. thanks
