ok i don't know whether to be proud or disgusted with the latest actions taken by the enviro-freak opposers but apparently the residents of the outer banks agreed to a clause that says "if the fences are disturbed the turtle/bird advocates get to expand the area of wildlife protection". i don't know who signed that thing but this was pretty much bound to happen. doubtful if the rebels knew about the clause but they managed to reduce our amount of beach to use 4WD. check it out http://www.wral.com/news/state/story/2934994/
It seems to me like this is something that has been done by the animal activists themselves so they could expand the area of conservation due to their clause. and the only reason they ripped down the signs was to make it look like it wasnt them but some "nature-haters". what a bunch of punks tryin to ruin 1 of the best surf spots on the east coast for everyone but the damn birds.
wow i never even thought that the activists themselves could've staged this. certainly a possibility. in due time there will be more room for the animals instead of us.
