IDK, it works for me, if you have a glass a wine w/dinner and then burn one, you'll loosen right up and stretching feels great, 60% of the time... it works every time.

Yo listen to ur body. Stretch, stretch some more. If that bad go see a real MD. N fix it. Why deal with pain that 8 to 10 weeks to recuperate will fix forever? Most of have been messed up like u. Fix what ya can n enjoy life. Roll on my man
