Hi Everyone! My name is Frances. I was born in Olongapo Philippines, Moved to the states as a kid, but now I'm moving back to the P.I. August 2011. I put down Virginia Beach as my location cuz my adoptive folks were stationed there with me throughout my elementary career and the Philippines wasn't an option.
