I live in Philadlephia and the weather report on weather.com says there is an "Air Quality Report" the description reads as follows: AIR QUALITY ALERT IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING... THE PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION HAS DECLARED AN AIR QUALITY ACTION DAY FOR THE REGION... IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING. AN AIR QUALITY ACTION DAY MEANS THAT AIR QUALITY WITHIN THE REGION MAY APPROACH OR EXCEED UNHEALTHY STANDARDS. Does anyone know what exactly this means and where the source may be? My first guess would be the factories around the city but theyre always active. Why now?
You say that every time someone mentions somewhere in the Northeast corridor. I've been to NC several times and you have no room to talk, believe me. The only place I have ever seen a grown man rapping in his underwear at a train crossing was NC. Most of the country's millionaires live in this area, as well as in California, and there is a reason for that. No state is perfect - especially not in the south.
