You guys like em? How do ya cook em? I have a little microwavable thingy that hooks it up in about 45v seconds.
F'n A I Like em, never cooked em that way myself though I fry em over easy. my flip technique is art. Perfect for corned beef hash. There's a place round here makes a salad plate with duck/apple sausage that has a poached duck egg on it. everyone calls it the breakfast salad. comes with toast too and the deal is you just chop it all up, mix it then eat. world class stuff. Microwaves are trash bro. Don't be an amateur
Dude I know, that's literally like the only cooking application I use my microwave for. All my other types of eggs are cooked in the propre manner. Corned beef hash sounds so fkn good right now.
I gots a poacher but for some reason I soft boil em 5;30 min for perfection. over rye toast with home made home fries in an iron skillet. catsup and tobacco for the fries
I poach 'em when I make any kind of Benedict meal to pour Hollandaise sauce over. I love poached eggs and I fkn absolutely love Hollandaise, I pour that shit over almost anything. And I'll substitute Canadian bacon with all kinds of stuff, like crab or bay shrimp or ham or whatever. but I suck at making poached eggs, so I use a poaching pan and use it over boiling water. The pan makes perfect little round poached delicacies, I just gotta make sure not to overcook the yolks. The secret to a good poached egg is a nice firm white with a nice runny yolk. Aw man I know what I'm having for breakfast tomorrow
All right, I'll bite. I've tried but prefer 'em over medium with grits on the side. https://www.wikihow.com/Poach-an-Egg-Using-a-Microwave Although in the Philippines, balut is popular. But I never got drunk enough while on liberty to try it.
I might eat balut. My niece did. She is my hero. Just got why seldom started this thread. He also is my hero. For dinner tonight I had a gyro. Some pronounce that hero. I don't but if I did it would also be my gyro.
I'm drinking scotch. I just looked up scotched eggs. There isn't any scotch in it? Honestly thought it was just a hardboiled egg in a glass of whiskey. Scotched eggs look dope though.
