Girl Hit By Car While Playing ‘Pokémon Go,’ One ‘Pokestop’ Is Home To Sex Offenders http://chicago.cbslocal.com/2016/07...mon-go-one-pokestop-is-home-to-sex-offenders/
True story: My 25 year old daughter got a flat tire on her way home from a long day of summer camp teen camp counselor. In the heat all day at a water park keeping track of the yard apes. Then she gets a flat on the way home, fixes it(yes, I taught her good) and walks in her apartment she shares with her boyfriend. There is a ceiling fan right when you walk in the door. She almost gets knocked out by her boyfriend's cell phone tied to one of the fan blades turning a max speed. He was trying to incubate pokemon eggs or some such nonsense. She call's up and starts ranting how she is going to kick his ass. Hopefully she is beginning to realize what an idiot he truly is.
I dont give 2 ****s about the game but my son told me about 2 weeks ago that the server kept crashing when he was trying to download it, so I looked up the maker and found out it was Nintendo, did a stock search and bought a boat load at 17 dollars... sold it today when it hit 38 during the day... made a **** ton of money on it and thats all I really care about when it comes to Pokemon go.... When it comes to trading, go for the hits not the home runs.....cows go to pasture, pigs go to slaughter.
I've played it, its pretty much just a trip down memory lane. And a good way to waste five minutes out of my day.
LOL Yup! Its what I do. I am free to go where I want when I want because of it. All I need is a WIFI connection and phone service and Im good to go. Been trading and investing for over 25 years.
Saw a post online & sparked my inner-archy: "Millions of people playing a game made from a foreign company. A game that uses your camera that feeds on their servers. People exploring sensitive areas to include police stations, restricted zones, military installations, etc.. If I was plotting a major offensive attack....What better way to gather your intel than from a nations's citizens themselves; and mask it as an innocent nostalgic game. Think about it"
