I have a feeling that we are in for a serious long term swell considering the dry spell we have had here in the MA/NH region. Im going to say starting near the end of February we will start seeing consistent waist to shoulder waves for at least 4 weeks straight.

There is no science behind this at all just the hope that behind every dry spell are rideable waves. The ocean has been stonewalling us for long enough that it will surely through us a bone soon.

I read on some wundergound blog that initial signs have shown that la nina is starting to dissapate which is the main wave blocker right now. something to do with the average air temps changing the jetstream. I can only hope that we start getting some swell. i'm goin nuts
