Didn't watch the "debate", but couldn't help but notice the still frame of Trump with the CNN headline underneath stating, "Who Won? I can imagine CNN claiming that Trump won, just as easily as I could see Fox News stating that Hillary won. Anybody believing the highly objective opinions of our national media is a lobotomy candidate.
It's crazy. Time, even CNBC and several others said Trump won the debate. It's all relative opinion but they are polls. The CNN poll was a little biased, lo, when they polled 43% democrats and only 21% repubs and the rest independents. I think Hillary sounded better in the debates but I also thought she was Hilbot. I really didn't even consider it a debate when important topics weren't discusssed. They asked about tax returns, remarks about women and birther argument. What about Beghazi, emails, emails emails, the clinton foundation. No tough questions for Clinton, media is definitely biased. Tax returns may show how to use loop holes. Hell, I try to pay the least amount of tax every year and can't stand the federal government. Women (just ask Hillary how she feels about being married to a serial cheater/rapist), birther argument (Hillary's compaign started in it 2002, fact!) Trump pointed out these things for taxes and the birther argument. He should have brought have Bill's infidelity if they wanted to question comments about women including Hillary ruining Bill's mistresses lives.
He seemed rattled. I think he was fine int he beginning but didn't perform well in the end. More polls show Trump won the debate. Now, the democrats are saying those polls are fixed. Repubs will say the election is fixed if Donald doesn't win. Either side just can't leave it alone. They will always say it fixed when they lose.
True story follows. When presidents could literally kick ass. Today? Jackson would get arrested for assaulting some d-canoe who has a TBI. On this day in 1835, Andrew Jackson becomes the first American president to experience an assassination attempt. Richard Lawrence, an unemployed house painter, approached Jackson as he left a congressional funeral held in the House chamber of the Capitol building and shot at him, but his gun misfired. A furious 67-year-old Jackson confronted his attacker, clubbing Lawrence several times with his walking cane. During the scuffle, Lawrence managed to pull out a second loaded pistol and pulled the trigger, but it also misfired. Jackson’s aides then wrestled Lawrence away from the president, leaving Jackson unharmed but angry.
Just want to point out that most "polls" that were cited post-debate were not actually polls but online surveys. People could vote as often as they want. The only real poll was the one by CNN but that one was skewed with a high proportion of Dems. You really have to wait for the regular polls in the coming days to see if the needle is being moved.
This would be ALL TIME debate moment (along with the chaos that ensues): One presidential candidate trashing the other candidate for ruining the lives of woman who gave her husband head. please happen. Could SNL even spoof it, or would we have finally reached that political moment when reality exceeds the comedic imagination?
Yes, it would be great. The question comes down to morals. Hillary supports her cheating husband and stuck by him. If Bill treats the person he loves more than anything by serial cheating, the moral compass is way off. The problem is she sticks by him and since she is and idiot for doing so, she defends it. A person who cheats or defends it, is not someone with the right morals to run the country. Hey, if they treat they people they love that way, how will they treat American citizens who are strangers. People who cheat on loved ones lack integrity which is what we need for once in this country. Too many people think it's fine since they are a bunch of people with no respect for their spouse. These aren't leaders. These are weak people including Trump. Now we are stuck with voting for one of these dbags.
It's a marriage built for political gain, that's all it is. They don't love each other i'm sure. They use each other to acquire political power and money. In return he gets to do whatever he wants, but if caught has to look like the bad guy to make it look real and she gets to be the rug munching dyke that she is.
http://presidentials.mytimetovote.com/Write-In-Candidates-running-for-president.html Mickey Mouse or Darth Vader might be better choices...
He claimed in an interview with Sean Hannity right after the debate (or so I read, I was passed out drunk before the debate hit the 60 minute mark), that he was gonna unload on Hillary about Bill and her behavior, but then saw Chelsea sitting there and felt that it wasn't right, was going too far, etc. and chose not to.
It's a tough subject to go after. Many wouldn't blame him for doing it. Others would. It's an easy target and everybody knows about it, so I guess he sees no need to embarrass her like that and it might do more harm than good given the P.C. society that we live in today. Is it a douche move if he goes there? Is it classless? Or is it fair game? These are the questions...
