The Swellinfo Surface Pressure/Wind maps are now being automated. For a while now, they were showing december 2005 maps, but we finally got everything automated now.

Go to the main flash map area, and under Weather, click on Pressure/Wind Maps.

The maps are for the whole ocean basin (North Atlantic and North Pacifiic), and show wind with wind barbs. Most pressure maps out there will only show the continental US or a bit of the ocean, so with the whole ocean basin, you can see the fetch that develops toward your beach in the middle or far reaches of the ocean.

If you are looking for higher res winds closer to land you can either check the wave/wind maps or the nearshore wind maps for the highest resolution coastal winds.
