I get paid to surf over the summer as a surf camp counselor, it's the best job ever, and at the end of the week the moms always ask me if I do private lessons. I didn't have the time last year but I was thinking about doing it this summer to make some extra cash. What do you think is a reasonable rate I should ask for?

PS I wouldn't be worried about the lineups being any more crowded, they could always ask another counselor to give lessons, it's a free market

I used to have my own small biz that only did private lessons. I wasnt greedy, I only charged $50 for an hour and change. Some places in Jersey charge 80-100 for private lessons.

$50-$75 seems reasonable. Including the board if needed. Great way to make some cabbage.

It's a MILF meal & you're the main course, junior. Wake up & stop eyeballin' your boyfriend's tube sock.

yankee that's an unreal post and has HOTY points written all over it.

Go easy on the lad though, he's from Jerz and doesn's know a green light in its estrus when he sees it so manage your expectations.

...and this one time at surf camp...

I admit, I did spew some hate there. Junior's ignana is a bit much. Think of my post as more like Vince Lombardi kickin' the slacker athlete in the can type motivational stuff.

lol no the moms ask me if I can give their kids more lessons because they have fun, they don't ask if I could teach them. Believe me, I would certainly take advantage if that were the case

Learn to read between the lines, bro. 93% of communication is non-verbal. Naive money don't make money. We are all just animals that want to think we are civilized. Answer their call of the wild.
