Pro Womens Surfing

    These girls can surf better than me.

    Women could and should compete against men in amateur competitions. Not professional comps because it's not fair, men out perform women 3 fold.

    Now on an amateur level it would be great, except 1 thing, a womens hips are different than mens. So all snaps, pumps, cutbacks, and all style judging would be un-judgeable.

    Women have a whole different style than men simply because the way human hips work.

    Now that surfing is an Olympic sport I'm sure there will be a men's and a womens division. Which is great because I watch womens competitive surfing. It's great to see a different style.

    Laird Hamilton is practically a female and look all that he has done for the sport

    My hips are wide...

    Maybe competitions should be based upon hip width instead of gender.
