The future of surf travel just dropped. Of course, the wetsuits are going to have to advance to handle duck dives through liquid methane. But nothing stirs innovation like the search for the next unridden wave paradise... http://www.nature.com/news/first-hints-of-waves-on-titan-s-seas-1.14889?WT.mc_id=TWT_NatureNews
Exciting yes, but imagine getting a call from a bro, all stoked up and telling you it's epic. You jump in a rocket and after a long trip it's only knee high, that would totally suck.
Or some freaking alien walks up and tells you "you really missed it, you should have been here 3 light years ago!" And for a trip there what do you guys think is the best wetsuit? Should I bring a quad or thruster? What is a good wax for space surfing? Will NASA charge a fee per board like some airlines?
The wax would have to be cold water. Methane only liquifys at like -260 degrees. I think sticky bumps makes one for that.
