The forums around here have been hot and heavy lately. Thought id lighten em up and get back on track... Bought / seen any new hot gear lately? Post em up, pics if you've got em. I just dropped 2 custom boards off with my glasser (fibercraft products in vb) then they are off for art. One is a 6'5 retro rounded pin for those oh-so-common waist high days and the other is a 6'1 x19 1/2 x 2 1/2 performance thruster. Both are getting kinky mermaids hand drawn on them by my man Pete at Pandium Designs. Pics to follow... Please check your attitudes and politics at the door...
scobeyville hooked me with a 5/4 lotus last spring real cheap. I'm in the process of cleaning up my stuff. I just moved so all my stuff is in my basement in a pile but I want to get a dresser for my suits and a toolbox for my fins, keys, wax etc. Next on the list is a setup for ding repair.

I just got a new pair of boards from Dan O'Hara at Solid Surf. The bottom one is kind of a fish (5'10") with a thumbtail and custom artwork to look like one of my guitars. The top one is a standard shortboard (6'3") that I actually won from the company.
Nice! Ive been wanting to build a stand myself. Looks like a good project for the labor day weekend. Well maybe monday hoping for sat. and sun. surf
