Agua, agua, agua, bread or crackers to soak it up & shpeckle it out, definitely Coca Cola to settle the estomago (hecho en Mexico, the original brew in the glass bottles), Asspirin, rest, then at the right time blow it out with a good workout.
Physical activity and water, fruit, protein. Every morning no matter what I drink two 24 oz glasses of warm water. Get a bunch of healthy sheeet in your body then take a big runny dump. Then go do some ****. Disclaimer: A legacy bender will leave you crippled. As it should. And there is no cure.
Some friends of mine went to a house party back in high school. So at some point during the night they thought it would be funny to put vodka in the milk. So half vodka half milk basically. We always did dumb stuff like that. So anyway they ended up crashing at the house. Next day this chick gets up all hung over and goes to make cereal. My friends completely forgot they put the vodka in the milk until the chick threw up after one spoonful.
Have another beer. A hangover is just the detox from alcohol. Your body is hurting because it had so much alcohol and now it has nothing. Just have a beer to make it more manageable.
No remedy for me. I just hit it head on and hope the night was worth it. When I feel like I can eat, a pork roll egg and cheese sits well. So does an American cheese sandwich with mayo.
Crack. Three rocks will do the trick. If it's really bad, snort a tablespoon of Vasaline between each rock.
