report update times

    i just noticed the report for OCNJ and surrounding areas update at 2:24pm... is that our afternoon update, with the next one coming around that time tomorrow morning? here i am at 5:23 getting all excited about the next update for naught, possibly

    hey joe, the reason the report time updated earlier this afternoon, was because I was adjusting some a forecast in the southeast, and by convention It changes the update time on all of the east coast.
