...with an hour of extra evening sunlight starting next week. My water time should double or triple at that point! :D:D:D

Clocks go forward at 2AM this Sunday. So any day next week will then get dark around 7PM.

The only problem is that about 2 million people in the continental US are all having this same conversation right now... By sunday night, the post-work lineups will be crowded and full again, just in time for the surf to die down... Yeah! But honestly, I am stoked about the sunlight thing, but still, here come the crowds =( Its been so nice this winter scoring all the time with pretty minimal crowds... Can't believe the winter is over... booo.

The post-work lineups will be like the weekends that I've been relegated to since the clocks went back in November. :)

i think the main difference for me will be that my post-work sessions won't have to be so rushed...i'll have more leeway in getting to the beach, & be able to spend more time in the water before dark descends. i won't have to pack my gear in my car & take it to work w/ me anymore.
but i guess that's one of the perks of living & working close to the beach.

more time in the water after work, plus the tide factor is a lot less of a problem with the longer window

Since my business is seasonal and I have all winter to surf I like the short days. Most people opt not to come down when there is only an hour or so after work, from 2:30 on it is usually very quiet and empty, me likey that.
