Better waves only a three hour journey from coastal NH - you must be surfing in Nova Scotia and/or Belmar a lot I guess.
You also fail geography... If you think you reside in a surfing mecca, wake up--you do not. New England (all of it) is to surfing what vomit is to gourmet cooking.
Yes I have and surfed there many times. I also know you are a bozo for even asking such a moronic question.
O Barry, as usual, you can never win arguments so just resort to name calling. never said this was a surfing mecca but the best surf in RI is better than the best surf in NH and there's more options. Don't want to drive three hours, fine, but please don't pretend that if you can be surfing in PR within 3 hours of leaving your house. It's got to be at least 1 hour to the airport, then 4 hours on the plane, then I'd assume at least another hour to get from the airport into the water. Seems like six hours one way and of course, $300-400 for tix plus lodging. So it's something totally other than a day trip. Apples and oranges.
PR is worth the trip, and the money is spare change at worst. RI isn't worth the drive. Viewing RI cams...I am right--glad I did not drive there. But hope you enjoyed your day. I am expecting toe-high tubes for tomorrow morning, so I am waxing up my semi-gun in preparation. Also am preparing my inflatable CO2 cartridge vest so I don't drown in New England surf........ya never know with toe high waves; could be deadly!!
LOL this kook^^^ what is worth driving to then? double over head waves in NH when it breaks about twice a year? I guess the only time you surf is when its at least head high Hawaiian on your epic surf trips
Drive?? Hell no, I walk out of my house and walk to the beach, when it is breaking. What is this drive to the beach?? Are you poor??
