Rip Curl Pro Bells Beach

Watched the round before the qtrs up to the jjf and medina round. My 2 cents is that medina just didn't catch as many waves as he usually does. The round before he caught twice as many and killed it. Then Jjf ripped that smaller bomb without priority and medina didn't get a chance to answer.

Good fun to watch those guys in waves like that.

 

No doubt Medina is an animal. Seeing him live at the pipe masters this past winter elevated my perspective of him. He literally rail grab pumped inside backdoor.

Combination of maneuvers and wave count...

Fun to watch. I am glad to see 3 or 4 competitors rising to the top and raising the bar.
