How do you guys think the JS Ghettocat would compare to the dreamcatcher? The shape seems very comparable but a little wider. I want the dreamcatcher or meatcleaver but have a good deal at the ghettocat lined up. Would you guys think the ghettocat would be similar and preform well at all in hollow waves?

    -Thanks

I just used the fins that came with it I had the glass flex AM2, I think 5's as a thruster and they were fine. I really should get some better fins maybe performance cores, might be on my Christmas list for me lol.

glass flex are actually really good fins (infinitely better than Futures "thermoflex). Glass flex are actually finished better than PC models and much more consistent within the sets. Only reason to upgrade to PC is to shave off a couple grams of weight...not really worth it, imo

rode my 6' x20''x 2 5/8'' custom dreamcatcher for the first time on sat in head high ocmd. Really went well. catches waves well but was loving the liveliness and light-weight of the board. Much better on the turns than I thuoght with the round pin. surpriusingly loose actuall. Had fcs K2.1 quads which was a good call and are the go to's for this board from now on. . I would recommend this for anyone considering a shortboard-feel for someone who rides bigger boards/hybrids. I usually ride a 5'10'' dhd pocket knife which is pretty much a squashed version of the DC with a lower front rocker.

Even the 'CT guys are riding stuff with more than 22 Liters. But Towelie gets an A+ for trolling.
