I’m having a helluva time trying to find a roof rack for my car (2016 Honda Civic 2Dr). As far as I can tell I’m SOL. I was wondering if any of you had any suggestion or knew of old(er) roof racks that I could use. Thanks!
http://usa.innoracks.com/ I have Inno racks on my 4 door civic and I love them. 1/2 the price of Thule and gets the job done really nicely.
Thanks. My problem is my Civic has two doors and from everything I’ve read the racks need four doors to be installed.
You can do it with a 2 door. This is what its going to look like. There is an extra bar in there to support the rear foot because there is no place for the foot to hook on to.
Sweet! I’ve been looking everywhere! I even email a company who told me I was out of luck. I appreciate it! What brand is that one? Do you have a link?
http://usa.innoracks.com/ are the people I have dealt with before. Click that link and at the top of their page, on the far right click fit guide. From there you will put in info about your car and it will tell you exactly what to order. You can order the parts of amazon once you know what to get. That's what I did.
Thanks for the help. There are three for me to choose from. Now to make a decision. I appreciate your help. I thought I was out of luck and would need to mooch off my friend.
Yeah man I feel your pain. I have only had compact cars for most of my life. Getting some nice racks was a game changer. I have the cheapest option with the regular square bars and they are awesome. I did get one size longer bar than they recommend and I'm def glad I did that.
Appreciate all the help. Every other place I’ve contacted said I was out of luck. At least I have three options now. I’ll probabt go with my third option—-it looks like it gives you more clearance underneath. Thanks again!
Thats a first. Someone asked a question and actually got good, usable answers/advice. Are we evolving?
