Roy, what is your opinion on the LokBox fin system? And if you find them favourable, would you consider fabricating some of these fins for the LokBox setup?
Which is today...so who won? At least make up a name in the first random town/nation you can think of so the dumber half of your followers is satisfied. Not a chance bro. The other treads and topics aren't about him and a megalomaniac must always have the spotlight. No way in hell would Ruoy be a solid contributing member to the forum outside of talking about himself for 120 page treads.
Dudeski Roy - ain't today Black Friday?? Who won the contast? If it's not too late- I didn't get a chance to enter. Could you kindly enter my name before drawing? I would like to test your fin out in Belmar, NJ (the biggest waves on the continental US)
The contest was won by Marcus Langman. Thanks to those who entered there'll be another contest starting on the first of December, and closing on New Year's day. I can't add people to these contests they have to enter themselves. The Black Friday discount is still running and there'll be a Cyber Monday discount as well. Which fin would you like to test? I'll make sure that I include it in the next contest. There were 85 entrants which is pretty good odds and one can enter every day, so if you did that ( most people don't) then you'd have a 38% chance of winning, assuming 85 participants next time.
I have a loxbox setup here so that we can make lokbox fins when requested, so yes. It looks like a good system. What sort of fins would you be interested in? .
Thanks Roy, who is Marcus Langhorn? Im going to try to win that thing... Test it out in Belmar - 23 ft
Marcus is a surfer in NZ, he got one of our spitfire Nubsters recently and loved it. I use the facebook random winner selection gizmo and was surprised when his name came up. Because he's already a customer and posted great feedback on his fin (which we posted here I think) I thought it might look like the draw was rigged in hid favour so that we could get more good feedback, but he won fair and square so there it is. What fin are you hoping to win?
I'm interested in your opinion on a quad LokBox setup which is running Pavel Speed Dialers currently. Just casting a line right now, as my interest is currently larger than my wallet...but interested in your suggestions nonetheless.
Dear Roy, Have you contacted Slater yet about your new design? I would think, since your design is so revolutionary, that he would be interested in using it in contests. Sincerely, Your neighborhood billionaire.
I'm keen to do some speed dialler fins on the standard templates with the Bumpy Leading Edge feature on the front fins, and improved foil sections on all the fins. Is there anything behaviour wise in your current set which you'd like to improve? Doing new stuff is 'spendy' to set up but if it's fins we want to add to our catalogue (as the speed diallers are) then we don't charge any extra dough for custom. .
The NACA 16-012 foil on the rears will be super fast, plus the NACA16-012 prints exceptionally well, it's a delight to handle. With the Bumpy Leading edge on the front fins and an Eppler374 foil the setup will have excellent hold and turning capability,
