"I'm keeping the solutions to myself at present, although a bit of digging will find some info on my blog."

So, you're innovating and not able to articulate what you are innovating or how it's done to anyone else. Sounds like a religion. Let me know when you are ready to ever explain what you are doing with peer-reviewed scientific research. I'm listening. In the meantime, keep smoking crack Roy, it's good for ya.

    Roy:

Again, no one here will even begin taking you seriously until you furnish legitimate proof of this supposed hyperbole sale of your shiny board. Without that, your fantasyland claims are pure comedy.

It's things like this that make you seem like a complete fictional character. All we ever ask for here is proof. Proof of that sale and proof of anyone ripping in any sort of shredding manner on your ligneous aircraft carriers.

I like when Emass is around. He uses big words like ligneous so I have to go look them up and then I learn.

Thanks Spicoli! Oh and LOL you said Wood in fancy speak;)

Incorrect I can articulate it very well, and have done so on my blog.

Again, you fail to furnish proof that you speak on behalf of everyone.

No, you haven't. Show me the exact link to where you have peer reviewed scientific research backing up your "technology". I'm waiting.

Bro. Scroll up, read, press "back" button. Repeat 21 times.

You're the epitome of a life kook. A total charlatan.

    Roy,

I have a few questions about the 3d fiberglass.

The video posted near the beginning of this thread, shows a roller used to pull the top layer of mat up from the bottom layer without disturbing the bottom layer?

    1) How exactly does that work?

    2) It appears that only the fibers that are suspended between the layers are wet out?

2a) Yes - Would this not create voids (voids = bad news) between layers? How would you wet out the top layer without filling the voids?

2b) No - Is that not an excessive resin to fiber ratio? Fiber is the strength, resin is simply the binder and is quite brittle on it's own.

    3) Do the connecting fibers simply hold two weaves in opposing directions to simplify the installation process, and to create an additional bond between the 2 layers?

3a) Yes - Is the additional cost to the end user provide any real return?

3b) No - Then why use it?
