It's all the rage now, no need to turn the world inside down.

Naw, just serves no purpose to attack a fellow human for earnestly trying to improve his craftsmanship.

Ya, I'm thinking about getting sponsored. There are many offers, but I'm afraid it might take away from the lifestyle and become a job...

Looks real safe bro! Glad there'll be no consequences when you drop in on cats. Not any impalings or anything.

A lot safer than the pointed noses on most shortboards, and the tail well have a 12mm wide facet so won't be sharp.

Bro your new foam ark is a spear ready to lance the eyes of cats charging all around. There's a harpoon on the end of it but it's safe? Is that what your twelve people tell you?

What's up with the account change?

For what it is worth, Roy, follow the pathway you enjoy following. Don't listen to the troglodytes here. Hopefully, one of your creations will serve you well, if they have not already. Most of the neanderthals here feel if the board isn't 5'8", and if they cannot do "airs", it should be minimized at all costs. Typical "herd" mentality. Craftsmanship requires creativity. Carry on.

Barry apparently you've not read Roy's posts to the point of no longer taking him seriously like many of us.

    Perhaps, but does it matter.
Most creative individuals are "atypical" anyways. I will give him the benefit of the doubt. And besides, I wish no person harm - it is a waste of energy, imho.

I don't think any of us want Roy to be consumed by a great white. It's his ongoing ego and myopia that motivate cats here to give him ribbing.

Don't have to tell me twice some people are atypical lol!! I'm the poster boy for abnormality.

I'd give $5 to smash that thing in half. Pray I don't see you in the lineup

I hear you Barry. I felt, and still feel the same way. I'm not into the whole air thing. I enjoy cruising and I longboard quote often as well as shortboard. I can totally respect Roys craftsmanship, I can't build what he does. And I can respect Roys shapes for what they do. The problem I think most people have, including myself, is the way he describes his boards as high performance. I had a convo with Roy in this thread awhile back. Basically he's saying his board is super responsive, making quick adjustments in trim. Hence the high performance claim. His boards do that very well, totally give him that. Hell I'd ride one of his boards if I had the chance. With the right waves could totally be fun. But let me ask you this, would you call that high performance? Honest question since I seem to have similar views as you concerning these boards
