And some of us don't appreciate the gnome's efforts here.

the gnome is a Nazi-worshipping sheep-rutting freak who lives on a bassackward island where sheep outnumber people & the gnome is frequently parading about in his modern version of lederhosen aka orange jumpsuit & a white CIA helmet.

the gnome resides on sheeple island where the residents rely on the USA for protection yet the gnome constantly rips on Americans. Oh, but he'll gladly take your dollars for his products.

Speaking of which, his products are supposedly high-tech & the best things in surfing (according to gnome); how is that possible, you may ask, being that the gnome lives on a remote island where the sheeple think technological advancement is a flush toilet....

    Bingo.

gnome is a freaky arrogant wabbit.

Even if all of that were true, he certainly has many of you talking and writing about him. That is clever marketing on his part. just opinion, of course.

Just getting off the boat, berry? Head on over to gnome's old haunts at 'other sites' and see why he was banned from at least two other Forums. Then you'll understand.

Yup, still wet behind my ears, so it is fair observation on your part. Never the less, it is a new year; time to let bygones go by, imho. Have a good day, yankee.

No what Gnomeo thinks is clever marketing is listing his boards for $1,000,000+ then when no one buys them he sells the plans to make your own for a couple hundred bucks. That's New Zelandnomics for ya I guess.

With Roy there are no bygones as long as he uses this forum for free advertising and to spread his misguided world views. Unlike the retailers who have permission and pay to be here Roy posts gratuitous self promoting links to his retail page on a free surf forum. Roy denies the holocaust happened. Roy thinks if you ride any mainstream board you are a slave to the surf industry and just want to be like Slater. Also if there are any negative comments about his products then it is always user error. Roy has NEVER EVER done anything incorrectly.

You really should find out more about Roy over at Swaylocks, Surfer and any other forum he has been banned from for trolling. He is very calm here but I have seen him become down right hostile on other boards.

I think roy is just like 70 years behind the surf industry. Foam really is a game changing material. Newer designs keep trying to get away from it, but can rarely duplicate it's awesomeness.

Some individuals like doing things differently-maybe Roy is one of them.
I prefer the standard foam and poly glass boards as well. But I have friends who swear by hollow wood boards.
Maybe I should try one?? How about you, Lee? Have you tried one yet??

Barfin' Barry, you're already earning your early rep at SI as a condescending toolbag. Maybe that wet behind the ears thing you've got going on is from gnome's slobbering tongue.

Until you have a clue as to what the gnome is all about, and that would be self-aggrandizement on a massive scale at other people's expense, just listen to GitCarter.

Oh, look, 2015 & a gnome thread brings back chucka-boo-boo. Why don't you post your troglodyte vine where you & your rape dog have your way with a latex mannequin in the Maine barn where you & your da-da stream endless necrophilia porn numbers.

Surf's up, boo-boo, but not in that Maine barn, no matter how hard you try to get us to believe that.

Haven't been on here much this week or last but did catch up on dis tread. Great work buoys. Especially temard with the photoshop mosaic, some of which content far predates his joining the forum. Dat braddah definitely did his homework into the annals of SI.

Roy, why would someone spend 12-hundo on your foam board other than to cut it in half for dual gromboards/kneeboards?

Had a couple of nice sessions at two epic point breaks tofay, feeling good.

Running 9" spitfire RAE102 and 6" tunnel with trailing edge undulations, a powerful package which responded impeccably.

Envy will get you nowhere, especially not with your "oral-fecal" stage posts. Grow up.
