BKSurfer sounds like a butthurt Bernie sanders supporter. No real Brooklyn local would take a car to Rockaway.

There is clearly a typo in the initial fb post from Mack here I will repair his post for him. What he forgot is in the parenthesis. Feel free to make any corrections you see necessary.

If you shot (a load on my face) at Jenk's today please don't post any "good" photos of (me) and the pro's online please. P.S. The waves sucked anyway (but they didn't suck it as thoroughly as I did. Hit me up if you need release)

mack is one of those kids that's fortunate to have rich parents and will most likely never work a "real job" in his life.he can take pics all day long, make 40 bucks for a photo in a magazine, but his parents will always be there for him.i can tell u straight up if he was from a poor family,he can take pics all day long and still be homeless.theres no money in photography, only other rich ppl who are non surfers that want a 6x4 print of some shorebreak in their office is the only sales ur getting

this kid is a boogie boarder who takes photos during swells instead of attacking it. Need I say more?

Sorry to be a grammar cop, but I believe the phrase is "needless I say more."

Jeez kids, pay attention in school ....

Mack was not raised by rich parents nor did he get many things handed to him. He worked his way up and networked in the surf scene as best as he could. I know him enough to know who he really is. I respect him as a waterman. I don't think he made that Instagram post to talk down on any other photographers wishing to capture the scenes. I think he's (along many of us) just sick of people coming to the spot and blowing it up.

He laughs when I show him these topics.

    Just my two cents :)

    Ah - got it.
Ryan Mack shooting at Jenks and posting online = not blowing it up.
others "posting good pics of the pros at Jenks online" = blowing it up.

I just knew there must have been an explanation.

Not even that. Just people calling their buddies and showing up.. it exponentially adds up. I know there are plenty of other photographers who shoot pictures there (and some really good ones too!). I think his post was made just because it was the fall at the time and the crowds were still pretty nuts. We all get ticked off by crowds at some point in our surf lives. It's just a factor we have to deal with.
