    Romaine hearts, cucumbers, red cabbage, red peppers, avocado, kidney beans, broccoli sprouts, kalamata olives, and walnuts.
    Homemade dressing consisting of cold pressed olive oil, balsamic and raw apple cider vinegar, mustard, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, and oregano.
    All organic. My go to several times a week. Fills me up without feeling stuffed and bloated.
    No meat, eggs, or cheese. Haven't eaten any of that stuff in over 7 years.

    Red kidney beans (or whatever your choice), pound of ground beef seasoned in Taco Seasoning, your choice of cheese(s), chopped green onion, avocado, picante/salsa and sour cream. Fock the lettuce.
