    Yes, a 3/2 with 3 mil booties will be just fine at most spots. I remember a couple of days during the winter of '79 that the water dipped to 51 degrees, but most of the time it won't drop below 56-58 degrees.

    This is a tough one. Caveat, I am not a big fan of San Francisco but the areas to the south and north are more to my liking. SDSU seems like a nice enough campus up on the mesa and there is plenty to like about campus life and certainly has a more temperate climate. However, you would not be down on the coast and many of the spots mentioned in this thread range to northern to southern SD county. That same range of territory opens up many, many more spots than Ocean Beach, SF! If you are traveling down into Baja you could also imagine traveling north into NorCal.

    Bet there are some fine a$$ honey buns all up and down the west coast.. I wonder if california will be the next state to make trees legal for recreational use?

    We already voted it down once because there was an opening in the law that would have allowed for tobacco companies to monopolize the industry and hurt the very-much thriving illegal industry in the Green Triangle.

    It is defacto legal though, you have to run into a real **** cop to even get a ticket for it. And its just a ticket, like jaywalking or something
