Does anyone have any idea about the best place to live in the Southern California area? I know the further inland you move the cheaper it is. Just wondering what my best area would be for an apartment. Just myself, no family. Obviously I would like to be reasonably close to the ocean if possible.
If you are 100% all about surf. OB in San Diego.... Cheaper. If you love surf, but like tons of women and parties, then live in PB. Period.
La jolla is Fing awesome but rly expensive... Agreed with zach pb is nice. Dana point in the strands area is sweet. Nice beachies and points. Salt creek, killer dana. It's cool.
