Things are starting to rock in Rincon and it looks to get epic. Check out rinconsurfreport.com and let the drool flow. They are calling for double OH glass, epic swell and conditions coming. Dam I wish I was there. I think dawnpatrolsup is down there now.

What's up guys, just got back in on Monday. Rincon was fun pretty much all 8 days I was there, with a day or two of inconsistent swell, but if you waited long enough a head high set would roll through. I pretty much stuck to Sandy Beach as most days were in the chest to overhead range, offshore winds, with the largest part of the swell getting there as we were getting ready to leave. It was 12-15ft late late sunday night / Monday morning i believe, but it was so dark out that I couldn't really make out the exact size, you could just hear the bombs going off, but I do know that Sunday afternoon I paddled out, dropped in on a bomb got steam rolled and started fighting the water treadmill. I messed with it till my shoulders gassed out and then got out to end my trip on a positive note. It just kept building throughout the day and night till we left around midnight that night. My guess is it got 15-18ft at it's peak.

yeah, yesterday was pushing 15-18 ft. at, of all places, parking lots. about 4 guys out getting some huge bombs, they will end up on the web somewhere. Tough paddle out, no channel.
    Swell dropping fast now.
