Sandy Relief Efforts - HELP

    I've been looking for a contact number to volunteer my time to assist with beach cleanup, etc. in Monmouth County but have been unable to find a phone number for an organization to contact. I've sent a few emails but have heard nothing in return.

    Please let me know if you have a phone number I can call

    Last weekend they were asking for bodies for work, especially if you could bring a chain saw and/or hand truck, or even loan them for service.

    impossible to get anyone on the phone. just want to help out tomorrow. have a chainsaw. anyone need help???

    Call Brave New World in Point Pleasant and ask for Phylis. She will point you in the right direction. She has been coordinating deliveries and sending people where she hears they are needed not just down there in PP but up and down the coast.
