I am a sucker for knowing the sweep degree and the area... I have a bunch of fins that didn't end up working out. They might be perfect for you Z... although something seems a bit fishy about the brand... something say "outsourced to the Chinese" here..... the alkalis are hand foiled like good flex longboard fins. I say go for it at the cost... I also havenet surfed a thruster in years.

inconsistent base fit has always been an issue...you'd think Futures would have that wired by now.

I actually prefer bases to fit very snug...they wear down/loosen up after repeated removal.

When they just fall into the box, the side to side wiggle is more than my OCD can handle. You could put a thin layer of resin on one side of the base to try to get it back to snug, but we shouldn't have to fvck with that hassle on a brand new fin.

i heard that about the OCD. I'm pretty happy with my setup though, went from single to quad and its kinda set it and forget it for me. although i'd like to go back to single some time when the waves allow it. maybe when the winter rollers come through that i could catch way outside and trim the whole way in, sorta petting it in the shimmer of the cold sun...
