    this is good to hear as long as its genuine as opposed to 'crisis management.'

    today on the news an orca advocate said: doubling the size of their tank is a meaningless gesture.
    this is an animal that can dive down 1000ft and swim 100 miles p/day.......(!!!!!!).....
