    Yea lets not compare the two locations . Its like comparing an orange with an Apple. North Jersey is pulling in big Manhatten NY money

    Just drove through Boca Grande yesterday, and a 2,100 sq ft.2 bedroom house is going for 1.4mil. Without a view that I would call worthwhile, let alone any waves to speak of.

    exactly is for sale not sold. What one thinks his house is worth and what it sells for is two different stories. I can be certain it is selling for that price

    1.4 mil were recently sold properties from zillow. The key drawback was the $5 toll to get back on the island on the causeway. I'll be holding onto my 1.4 mil for now thank you very much.

    $5.00 TOLL are you joking? That is a crime. I would never live in Boca Grande .I thought paying $120 to drive on the beach in OBX bad. Let me know if you ever get in a pinch for cash I'll take the lot from ya
