sunny and 80 degrees water temps 60-61 spring suitable? or do I have to plunk down the $ for the full wetsuite
and please hold down the macho bravado comments like I only wear trunks and no shirt in 60 etc etc.. I am looking for frank and serious discussion medical possibilities of entering said water...
looking at next week sand.. taking a short trip .this cold snap gonna hold water temps down..but forecast looks sunny and warmer
pick me up on the way down i need some warmth after the last few days in the 40s, like a tundra down here.
3/2 for me... short sleeves would be idea in 80 degree air. I don't switch to a shortie until the mid 60s at least.
not going past u..don't think ....edeesto...no joke this snap is chilly and worst yet to come tues/wed/thurs next week looks back to normal
Frost, if you're visiting N. FL the water is 63-67, probably closer to 67 than 63 considering I skinned it yesterday here in Central FL. A spring would be sufficient up there.
When you wear a full suite do you put the water wings on underneath or over top of the suite? Honest question... asking for a friend.
dude if something is no longer relevant it then becomes no longer funny.. keep up with the times tractor.. .things have changed..
I giggled a bit as I typed it. So thank you for that. My self control was always unsatisfactory on my school report cards.
but under would be the appropriate course if one needed them it would also make your biceps look like Guns
Definitely a 3/2 long suite unless you always run warm. You can always cold water flush the suite if you get warm. But if you underdress and you're cold, it kinda shortens you ur session and chips into the fun. Course I get cold easily. But I am old and slender....Depends on your age and the amount of body fat you got.
thanks for all the replies..i figured as much , I remember water temp 65-67 i was ok in the shorty but those 5 or so degrees make a difference.... ill rush around Charleston and see if I can scrounge up a used 3/2
