I'm all for fishing, just in sustainable methods. Just like hunting. Things have to be done with an order. Not just go out and kill for the sake of killing.

And no we actually dont belong in the ocean. Can you breathe under water? Webbed feet? Didnt think so. We use the ocean for play, that doesnt give us the right to do with it as we see best for the few hours we dip our feet in. I'm sure you have a brain compadre, use it.

Anyways ive been trying to avoid any and all posts shark-fluffer has been involved in. He just turns it all into illogical nonsense.

Seldom...you can lose my email. You've advocated death for people who hunt certain animals. I really don't want to associate with someone like that. Don't hate you or anything. WTF does wolf hunting/cougars all this **** have to do with surfing? I'll go to a wolf forum if I want to talk about that. Honestly didn't even think about wolves at all till I came to this forum. I think they're pretty animals to look at the zoo. That's my only thought ever given to them.

Wolves don't risk their lives killing a deer fawn.

They've been know to kill animals for fun. That's a fact. Research it. It was one time that you ran into a wolf. Also, you were with your dog. Big importance. Wolves still have natural fear of man. Wolves have been known to kill pets like any other large predator. It doesn't make them "evil". It's just a fact.

Deer fawn aren't the only thing they eat dude. And quit telling me 'facts' after you admittedly never thought about wolves until the thread came up. SS has not said that sharks shouldn't be fished. He's said he doesn't believe in a cull or a mass kill to make swimmers feel safer.
He's actually repeatedly said that he is all for fishing as long as it's done right.

Personally I wish there were no big sharks where I surf, but I know it is "enter at your own risk" and I accept that.

 

So it's ok to kill the sharks as long as it's not done to keep people safe?

My point remains the same. He disagreed with me completely and I didn't curse him out for it.
