Thats a good read bro. Si'ahl is a good dude to read about. I've read his speech and interpretations. One of the most respected NA leaders of all-time. Man had integrity and wisdom.

And this is why I consider myself a modern day Ghost Dancer(among other influences). When it happens, if it happens in my lifetime, I will celebrate it, even if whatever it is includes my demise...if it's a tsunami I'll paddle out, solar flares I'll be dancing on my roof, an invasion of alien wolves to reclaim this holy planet, I'll happily watch them take over...

    A couple random thoughts:

-One thing missing from this discussion is how influential Indian societies were on some Founding Fathers political though...ie/The Iroquois Confederacy/Ben Franklin(see Albany Plan of Union), Jefferson, etc...contrary to the thought of some who think we came over here and brought them the wheel.

-Read Lame Deer, Seeker of Visions...great read in general, but discusses(from a first hand perspective) AIM, reservation life, and many other facets of the NA experience throughout the 60's/70's.

    -**** Alexander Hamilton.

-This is a long thread. I started it.
