So, I don't know why this is funny to me, but every El Nino year out here in San Diego, when the huge swells come through, they pull sand all over Coronado Islands Beaches. 74 years ago, a Casino Ship buckled in half during el Nino Swells and sank. So, everytime the big swell comes, the entire side of the wrecked ship becomes visible and exposed under water. At low tide, you can walk across like 300 feet of the side of the ship. Rebar and all kinds of stuff sticking out. I mean, after 74 years, you leave a Gigantic monstrosity literally right in your shorebreak where surfers and swimmers are. its crazy that they have left it there.... I mean Its right in front of the Hotel Del, the most popular beach destination in all of SD.... This would be like having a carnival cruise ship sticking out of the jetty at 48th street in OC MD.
