Short board knee high ??????

i cant carve on a longboard like i can a smaller board

Last time it was knee high and ridable here there were a hundred posers on long boards sitting in the water. At least some were hot wahinis. The few who caught waves had perfected going straight in a stinkbug stance. Not knocking all LB's as we do have some that surf well but it seems to be what all the young kooks prefer these days.

 

Stinkbuggin' is the new turn right? I love seeing the 40 year olds with the real expensive longboards all just standing there, going straight. Not even a hint of movement or god forbid style. LB's have a place, and so do rich dudes that pretend to surf.

EDIT: When its small I prefer the fish... I don't own a longboard though I should probably pick up a junker just to have on standby.

Ya I have only 2 boards and 1 is pretty beat up and I can't afford another board
