of checking the forecast only to see Mike Watson's big nose and no waves for VB. Not even a thigh slapper. Been up here 9 years and this is the worst winter I've suffered through. Now the rain's gonna start, when that ends it'll be 100 degrees and full of French Canadians with a flat forecast @ 99%. The one redeeming factor about surfing here is that I've successfully mastered the "ol' Virginia Beach snake paddle" Might be relocating over the summer to the Santa Cruz area, just itching for some half assed surf to pop. Sorry for the rant.... Maybe later this week.
