I don't enjoy seeing whales and dolphins in captivity. To me it's just wrong. It's cruel. Other than perhaps to treat an injured dolphin that will be released.
Yeah, I would have to agree. Never new it was so damaging though. No wonder why the whales are attacking their trainers.
i just don't understand how anyone can be surprised by this in this day & age. our understanding of the intelligence of all animals, not just orcas & dolphins, has improved by leaps & bounds over the last 15-20 years or so. anyone who has lived w/ or spent any kind of extended time w/ a domestic animal has seen it first hand. the intelligence of my parrot continues to astonish me even after almost 10 years of living w/ her.
