    Opens this weekend. I'm prob gonna let the hype wear off before I give it a shot. Looks pretty fun and kinda intimidating (for me at least).

    the manager of that park broke his leg in the first test run. i might have to get back into skateboarding and try it out tho, looks good-much needed

    But who the hell builds public parks that require helmets except the YCMA

    I'm definitely going to go but mainly looking for good lines on the carver. I won't be doing anything that would result in a broken leg.

    That's the main complaint so far. Helmets and a $3 fee/visit.

    Looks fun but I'd end up in traction or a wheelchair at this point of my skating career. Now that I'm older, and remember bashing the back of my skull a dozen times while learning to drop in, I think helmets are a good idea...
