from experience from surfing plenty of long period groundswell Ive came to the conclusion that this one was defiantly too small i cant believe all the swell models are calling for huge size but i think the water speaks for it's self and now that every kook is in the water today makes it even more undesirable That Dumb Broad Danielle also made the turn to early so any good big size is most likely to hit the eastern part of the island because it its closer to the storm. And As for our continental shelf. i say go 7uck its self and California here i come
thats cool one less person in the line up here.. i on the otherhand got some really good ones yesterday.. was showing good and breaking good (heard lots of closeouts elsewhere) at the place where i was in the waist to head high range.. lefts lined up super long allowing for 4 turns easy on each wave.. stoked
i called this like uh week ago...but it could still b building cuz 44008 just peaked so give it couple more hourz...low tide around 5 will make a HUGE difference az well. goin' owt east most likleey. it's pullin' in WAY mo n-r-g than central/west areaz. windz stay lite west all day most likeleey. but overall, MAJOR skunk! (did kman post thu post above w/o remembering? soundz ulot like him lolz)
surfline seemz tuh really like turtles... URF: 4-5 ft shoulder to head high occ. 6 ft. FAIR TO GOOD CONDITIONS Hey, this is Kurt with the report for Sunday afternoon PM Regional Overview: SE swell continues for the region this afternoon, strongest for spots in central/eastern LI. Conditions remain mostly clean with N/NW winds 5-10kts. Better sets are looking pretty inconsistent.
im sure u were out east or somewhere the whole day. i got a sessh like that yesterday even a little this morning but it would be nice if there were less stupid people in the line up im tired of everyone being ontop of eachother and blocking eachother
yeah man id totally enjoy ur posts more if they took less deciphering. totally called it it was the stoke playing tricks on us... u really think Earl is gonna hit the shore as a hurricane
