I suggest pursuing all options, but never ever think california/anywhere has all of the answers. Just like anywhere else, a complainer will find something to complain about. Open your mind and you might just find where ever youre at in life has something to offer. PS you dont have to drive very far to get out of cape may and find some better sandbars
AREN'T THEY GREATTTT!!! i had my best backside drop - you know, holding on with a toenail, making it, and being greeted with a racetrack section. i get going SO FAST there…which is why i have (twice!) injured myself there and i have done that at no other beach…i notice the 'beware shore break' signs and gulp...
Don't pack up the moving van just yet. North Jersey jetties definitely win this hands down. But once the Army Corp is done with the current round of sand pumping Monmouth will be pretty much the same as your Exit 0.
that's about a 20-25 mile stretch, there champ, that you're calling "central jersey" which contains exactly brigantine. as i said, this concept of "central jersey" is a myth. LBI & south is south jersey. anything north of barnegat light is north jersey. K.I.S.S. as for avalon's "beach patrol", don't make me ****ing laugh! more like avalon's babysitter/gestappo. murray wolf is douchebag & moron.
Man, I don't know much about Jersey, but on my bachelor party trip to Atlantic City, we golfed at the Brigantine Links course and then I surfed on the south end of Brigantine before the bridge. It was head high plus with makable lefts running out there. No one was out. It was in late August too. Crazy, but I was shocked that it was decent, consistent waves. I didn't see much action down at the beaches in AC at the time. Had fun in Brigantine though. Maybe it was just it's lucky day or something. But it was one of the better days ive had in Jersey. Have only been a few times, so Im just saying I think i got lucky but it was legit there that day.
