Southern California has seen a bit of a drought this past week with very minimal surf, but relief is on the way and just in time for the USBA Huntington Beach Pro. A nice size south ground swell will start to move into the area late Friday and into Saturday.

We are looking at surf in the 3-4 feet range (waist to chest) on Saturday with sets up to 5 feet. The swell will hold strong into Sunday and start to a lose a little steam on Monday, but still hanging fun in the 2-4 range. Typical So Cal conditions are anticipated with the glassy surf for the early morning and light onshore winds developing during the morning hours and into the afternoon.
