So, I'm boat shopping, which has me regularly checking out TheHullTruth.com for boats that might interest me, as well as information about boats that interest me. This afternoon, I stumbled across this gem. I am concerned it will get removed, so the following is a copy/paste job of part of it... it's too long to post the whole thing.. If you want to see the pics of the boat, here's the link: http://www.thehulltruth.com/boats-s...stroke-improve-your-sex-life-immediately.html.

Here it goes... f--king hilarious... my favorite part is about the "stabbin cabin"... lol... (PS, I had to remove a lot of the post to get under 4000 characters) :

Ok, so here’s the skinny.. I got an email from Craigslist stating that over 4,000 disgruntled married women flagged my listing due to their husband’s dire interest in this fine honey hauler. I can only assume that the married men’s interested stemmed from years of unhappiness and the unrealistic expectation that this boat was going to put them back in the game. What these men DON’T know and what their wives DO know is that this Dusky is the Katrina of a Hurricane of Twat. The rumors about this boat are true and after sitting on the bench or playing 1 on 1 for the last 15 years, how do you expect to play 25to 1?

    Original listing follows….

The details... This boat was made right here in good ol' South Florida, painstakingly handcrafted by people who know how to painstakingly handcraft this kind of stuff. It's a 2000 model, which I purchased 3rd hand as part of a NASA experiment to study just how far away pure awesome could still be measured. And you thought the Mars rover was so we could check out Mars..? Pfffft.

It also comes with a T-TOP, rope, and a bunch of rafts, so you can haul extra poonanny-stank around on those really big weekends.

Speaking of poonanny-stank, did you see the stabbin' cabin?? The v-berth is over 6' long and you can stand in the galley, this is the largest cabin to ever go in a 23' boat (documented and proven true). Last weekend I was rafted up next to a 65' Viking and the overzealous owner was drooling over this cabin. Depending on the type of chics you like, you could fit between 2 and 15 fine females in here.

Crap! I'm the only dude on the boat and none of these chics know how to drop an anchor. . . Boom, press the button to the electric windlass and the anchor falls majestically into the water as if it were an Olympic Diver. Doesn't even make a splash..

Oh no! I've been drinking all day and I'm way too drunk to drive this fine vessel home!!! Not to worry. Turn on the touchscreen Garmin ECHOmap 70DV Navigation and Fish Finder and tell the most sober chic on the boat to follow the cookie trails home. It's like having auto-pilot but with voluptuous breasts. . . But what happens if it's dark out, your auto-pilot is going way too fast and your favorite hat flies off? Turn on the Spotlight, control it with the joystick and tell one of the chics to jump in and grab it.

Everyone knows that chics like to always sit on one side of the boat.. When are they gonna get the picture?!? It's not cool to be driving down the intracoastal looking like you have no idea what you're doing. Well on this Dusky 233, just hit the hydraulic trim tabs and the boat quickly levels itself out.

Why am I selling it? Honestly, because it's already given me many good years, and I just got married and have been advised by my wife that this boat attracts too much tail... So, my loss is your gain. Just be responsible, you future heart-breaker you!

Lastly, remember. . . The best two days of boat ownership are the day you buy it, and the day you sell it.... said NO ONE that has ever owned this boat!

    what a pos boat

cuddy cabins are useless. you never go in them because they are too small, uncomfortably hot and always smelly.

suzuki's are cute. and by cute i mean lol

I spared my eyeballs from reading the majority of your post, asstail honky. You pretty well defiled, er, defined, yourself with your other wackapoodle posts in the other treads.

Whatever metard says....? Run with it. Words to live by.

What... Pissed I won't engage you so you troll on non-political threads too?

Metard, I agree for the most part. However Downeasters are kinda cool, and I wouldn't mind a Parker Sport Cabin. They may be hot in the summer, but you got to admit they would be nice for Mase trips in the winter.

Downeasters are awesome. the 25 Parker, pilot house, is sick. Especially in the cold weather
I have a center consol and love it, but it's nice to be able to get out of the weather sometimes

the parker version i see most is used as a survey, work, commercial vessel. i will say parker makes a nice boat however very expensive for not a lot of quality finish work.

the cuddy cabin or full cabin boats appeal to females. they see a place where they can put throw pillows and bullsh!t decoration and guys intern, think they can make girls happy (sad face emoji).

lastly, i'm super snooty about types of boats. not for $ value but for functionality. i like cc's with a t-top above all else. it's just my opinion.

My wife can only go on my boat when it is moving forward. Stop, even for 15 minutes and shes puking over the side. Have her in a hot cabin with no line of sight and she wouldnt last five minutes.

When i saw the title i was picturing a 1986 23' Bayliner. Boat actually looks nice. I love the idea of getting out of the wind for a minute. That said all boats look nice to me b/c I don't own one....

I picked up a 27 World Cat Sport Cuddy at the beginning of this year and I love it. We have overnighted in a few times (wife, son and I), nice queen berth, super stable and an awesome fishing machine. I know what you mean about the cabins not being used much Metard, but this is a different deal. We take all the interior out when we are fishing it, stand up head room. The World Cat really is a one of a kind boat. And yes, when the 2 of us go out to the islands, the stabbin cabin is in full effect!

Nice... I have a 20 ft center console, but am looking to upgrade significantly. I have been looking hard at World Cat, Glacier Bay, etc. My only hesitation is that you can't keep them in a dry stack, I don't want to tow and keeping it in the water means I have to bottom paint. That said, they are so versatile... shallow draft for inshore and island hopping, but super stable for the open ocean...

I am having a great time shopping, but its a hard decision... I guess overall a good problem to have. Stabbin cabin... lol.

I picked up this World Cat for 15K with twin yamaha OX66s 225s. It was a repower as a lot of these older ones came with twin 130's, way underpowered. It needed a lot of work but I have gone over everything including thermostats, lower unit seals, water pumps etc. I have a lift behind my house but I had to switch the bunks as these boats need flat surfaces. It was a pain but now that I'm done I'm a happy camper. Can't say enough about the world cat. Looking forward to fall so we can overnight in it again. Fun times for the family. My son is 10 so the cabin is a fort to him. Here's a pic of it when Hermine went by us in the gulf. World Cat Hermine.jpg

Cuddy cabins on a boat < 28 feet become nothing more than a place to store square grouper, illegals and old bait. Although, the cabins in Parkers and Steiger Crafts look pretty sweet during the fall runs.

I've also heard that World Cats/Glacier Bays are fishing machines, but something about their design doesn't fly with me. Call me superficial, or just call me poor since I can't afford an upgrade, but I'd 'settle' for a Regulator. HA!
