The buoy at the entrance to the NY harbor registered a 16 sec period at 7:50. Report prior at 6:50 was only 7 sec. First pulse...small size but hopefully the start.
ya, the buoys in the mid atlantic are all registering small long period stuff, and this is on pace with what the model forecast output is.
