I disagree with allowing the NSA carte blanche in re domestic surveillance. You seem to indicate that you're ok with that, along with "round them up." Not certain who you are referring to as "them" - - butt once the govt has the tacit, passive approval of the sheeple to "round them up" then things get ugly, quickly.

Security measures are fine, I'm all for keeping folks safe. However, that doesn't include monitoring my email, my phone calls my texts, having FBI planes circling overhead taking photos of license plates (all well documented abuses of our civil rights in this constitutional republic of ours).

And then let's root out the causes:
-- importing the ideology of hate >> eh, not a sound concept these days.
-- building strong relationships with our allies >> good call.
-- holding Saudi Arabia accountable to intake islamic refugees from conflicts that SA is helping to foment in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan >> sound idea.
-- ending the hate rhetoric of "rise up & resist" from American Left pols who lost their elections >> very good call.

Let's start with the basics ^^ and things will turn positive againe.

Flatsville in NJ brah... Funny thing is we don't turn on the TV in my house until after the groms are in bed. We've made a point on not have them in front of the TV and getting programmed by Disney.

Normally I watch Showtime or HBO shows (Homeland, Ray Donovan, Billions, Shameless, Ballers)... But they are not on right now so I get to catch up on "news"

 

It's a very tough call, and a slippery slope. the fact that we have not had any large scale organized terrorist attacks on our soil, except for lone wolves inspired by ISIS is a sign the pros are doing their job. The fact that we can talk **** on this forumme , the heavy handed moderators being the exception, is a sign we still live in a free society.
