I love my board and Ive been runnin no pad. I just finally got around to puttin a Nat Young pad on and wow!! So much more control and consistant foot placement. WTF was I thinkin? I like the board even more now
I don't use them. I don't ride performance SB's either which is the only type of board I think they look good on. I mostly ride retro fish shaped quads and IMO pads look goofy on them. Plus my boards are resin swirl colors and I don't want no pad ruining that work of art!
Yea, SOCO, I'm with you there, man. I mostly ride my retro twin, especially now that summer is coming up. That bugger handles pretty much anything Jersey throws at it. I don't care much for ripping apart waves, I love just crusing down the line like a bat outta hell... No pad on there, I'd feel like more of a kook than I already am!
Im feeling more leverage and control on the 5'9" wrv generator and my foot doesnt slip in the back anymore, MO BETTTAAAAAAA!!!!
The board Riiipppppps now. And Happy Easter Fat boy/ carter/Yankee or who ever you are hahahahhahahah!!!!!
Pads on the HPSB and groveler only, for me. More leverage and grip. Wax on the fish, LB, mini sim... No need to spend the extra $ Hey... here's a thought. Tail pads add buoyancy in the tail when paddling, making the board paddle more horizontally, reducing drag. Works like a trim tab.
Oh, please , with the BS surfer hepcat rap......stomp pad...6 hour sessions in 38 degree water...5'9 stick...what's next, you can't post anymore 'cause you're on The Tour? At least the shredmachine was humorous. You're just an ignorant wannabe pier pony, posting your twisted fantasies including your obsession with Yankee, lil buoy raddamoron.
Really girls !!! Your compliments get you no where. Just reveals the envy. Snap yeah that just happened...
