It's relevant because Cohen was Trumps self proclaimed "fixer" and did a bunch of dis-honorable shit for him, all of which may come to light due to the FBI raid. Or, maybe it won't.

Anyone who has uttered the phrases: crisis actors, false flag, or deep state.

Can you (or anyone else) recommend a book on the deep state? I'm actually looking for something to read atm.

    -----------

As I have said before, I don't have a dog in this fight. ALL politicians are crooks and it pleases me to see them go down in flames.

Maybe your idea and my idea of the deep state are different things. I’m just referring to a faction of the government conspiring together to control the government and this country. It has nothing to do with journalists or the media. It’s just a word / phrase. We can change the word if you would like. What word or phrase would you like to use instead so that you don’t feel afeared by this mongering you speak of? I don’t read books about the deep state, so can’t help you there.

If you connect the dots, it’s easy to see the connection these low life’s had in getting this erroneous Russia investigation launched, which is largely not about Russia at all. Tax payer dollars hard at work lol

Cohen is Trump’s fixer huh? Sounds like something a fear mongerer would say. What exactly did he fix? If someone signs a contract and accepts money to stay quiet about an affair they had with him then there is nothing illegal about that. What’s the crime?

You say all politicians are crooked and want them all to go down in flames. You should like DJT then because one of the reasons he was elected was to drain the swamp, and that’s what is going on right now. What you are witnessing is the swamp fighting back. That’s all this is. DJT is the anti-politician politician. They can’t stand it because the party is over, at least while he is boss. The American people were sick of the corruption, and it sounds like you are too.

Fixer doesn't mean illegal.. Fixer is a person that clean's up your messes. An example would be paying off women to not go public about affairs your boss had with them. That's textbook fixer.
Another example would be having your "fixer" fly to Prague to resolve issues you see coming. If the issue the "fixer" was going all the way to Prague to fix was illegal he may even lie about being there.

Right I get it. So what’s the crime he’s being investigated for? Paying someone money for signing a non-disclosure agreement to not go public about consensual sex isn’t illegal. So what happened in Prague? I’m asking because I haven’t seen any facts about that.

I don't see a crime in anything that was done with Stormy... She's the POS in that situation (except if you're Melania, than DJT is too)

Apparently the "fake" dossier stated that Cohen traveled to Prague in 2016 to meet with Russians that had ties to Putin. Cohen denied he was ever there, but now there are reports saying they have evidence he was... I have no idea if it's true, but if it is that is bad.

The fact that he just dropped his lawsuits against Fusion GPS and Steele a few hours ago seems a bit suspect..

Gotcha. Anything in the fake Dossier is extremely suspect too. Especially considering the source and who funded it. If he lied about being in Prague then he’ll get popped for lying but that doesn’t mean any collusion happened with Trump and the Russians and it’s already been determined that no collusion has happened by the house intelligence committee and he has been also told numerous times he specifically isn’t the target of any investigations. Not saying Cohen didn’t lie. Just stating facts.

Just like the Clinton investigation, started out with white water, and ended with Monica Lewinsky. Once you unleash a special prosecutor, these things take on a life of their own.

btw, Kelly will be resigning or fired by tweet any moment now. Bolton is running the show. The churn rate at this white house is something to marvel at.

What I see is 2 extremely bitter and hateful political parties pulling out the stops in their attempts to expose each other for all the highly unethical things they both did to win an election at *any* cost.

Is their grip on political power worth another civil war?

And if so, would you be willing to fight in the name of your chosen party?

Or do you possess the intellect and integrity to fight against being a political pawn?

I like the high turnover. Get them out if they aren’t getting the job done. We’ll see about Kelly, I actually think he’s a good Chief of Staff.

The parties are a fallacy. The bottom line is money. No one in the high ranks of the federal gov't gives a **** about you or me.

Look at us for example, all working class folks from what it sounds like, arguing over some trivial drama that we have let divide us. That's exactly what they want. If there is a "deep state", it's there to keep the unwashed masses (you and me) arguing with each other over who bonedd what pornstar while our fundamental human rights are stripped away. We can wield some serious power, but not while we are divided down the middle on some BS ideological lines.

1 significant legislative victory. The rest the next president could undo with a sweep of his pen.

That’s why we will re-elect Trump to keep it going another 4 years. Then we’ll elect another President who will keep it going, and then so forth. People are tired of Dems sh*tty policies hurting our country.

Don’t forget about all the judicial appointment too. Those last a long time.

I thought the concern is if Cohen's payment assisted in the presidential campaign, then it might be an excess of allowable campaign contribution limits. I'm not really all that concerned about this kind of campaign violation stuff personally, but isn't that the alleged crime? I'm running for office and have an expensive problem, and my buddy says "instead of me donating $130,000 to your campaign, which I cant legally do, maybe i could spend it on this other matter".
